Although 2020 has been a challenging year for the events business, The Luxe Club have seen a surge in new members. This has been due to branching into luxury sporting pursuits, such as Clay Pigeon Shooting.

At the end of June, they started Learn to play Polo at a private polo club in Windsor, near Ascot. With all polo spectator events being cancelled due to Covid and social distancing rules, The Luxe Club offered small groups of 6 to learn to play polo with top Argentinian instructors.

The polo afternoons in the country not only introduced a new luxury sport to it’s members but still allowed networking, although in small groups.

With the polo season ending in September, The Luxe Club have been proactive in offering Learn Clay Pigeon Shooting and the first event will be held on Sunday 8 November at Bisley Shooting Grounds in Surrey, under one hour’s drive from London.

The two hour shoot starts at 11am-1pm and small groups of 6 will learn the basics of shooting at the beautiful grounds of Bisley. Transportation from London is being arranged, as well as lunch in a traditional English pub nearby!

To join, see The Luxe Club’s website and take advantage of their special silver membership of only £150 per annum before prices increase soon.
